RICOTTA

Ricotta is an Italian cheese product. It has a compact, finely grainy and crumbly consistency, with a white and slightly yellow uniform color and a mild and delicate taste and bouquet. Ricotta cheese is used as an ingredient in pastas, pies and desserts.

Whey cheeses, whole milk, cream, acidity regulator: acetic acid and calcium chloride.
