QUESO PATEGRAS

Pategras cheese has a semi-hard, compact paste and elastic consistency. It has scattered holes, mild aroma and a distinctive sweet flavor. It is both ideal as table cheese and as dessert cheese, served with sweets.

INGREDIENTES
Standarized pasteurized milk, lactic bacterial culture, rennet, calcium chloride and sodium chloride.

Serving size 30 g (1 slice). Energetic value 123 Kcal = 517 KJ (6 % DV*); Proteins 7,4 g (10 % DV); Total Fat 10 g (18 % DV); Saturated Fat 5,1 g (23 % DV); Sodium 195 mg (8 % DV). It does not contribute a significant amount of Carbohydrates, Trans Fat and Dietary Fiber.
