Provolone is pasta filata, hard and compact cheese. It has a slightly pungent, agreeable and well developed flavor and bouquet. This cheese is commonly called "parrillero". Lactose-free cheese has the same properties as the traditional one, with the benefit that it can be consumed by people who have a partial or total inability to digest lactose, the sugar present in milk.

This cheese is commonly called "parrillero" since it is usually cut into slices and cooked on a grill or fry pan. Both sides are typically seasoned with sauces and spices. It is also a table cheese served to accompany dishes, assorted salamis and a selection of ham.
The use of lactose-free cheeses is the same as the traditional one. It can be consumed alone or in all kinds of dishes, with the advantage of not causing stomach discomfort. They are easily digestible, both for people with intolerance and for others who are not.
The product is aimed at final consumers. It can be consumed by the general population from the first year of life, except those allergic to any of its ingredients. It can be consumed by people with lactose intolerance.
Approximate weight per block: block of 4 kg, 2 kg and 0.300 portion.

Secondary packaging: Corrugated cardboard box containing 4 block of 4 kg, 8 block of 2 kg. or 48 portions of 0.300kg.
